CredentialedMD service terms
CredentialedMD is a service of AB Web Solutions, operated in Illinois ("Provider"). These terms apply to the physician or authorized organization purchasing the service ("Client"). By paying for the service, Client agrees to these terms.
1. Service
Provider will create and maintain a personal professional website using Client-approved materials and the standard CredentialedMD template system. The base setup includes profile synthesis, a multi-page site, standard visual assets, an unlisted noindex review link, one consolidated revision round, and launch configuration. The review link is not password-protected; anyone with the link can open it. Custom functionality, additional revision rounds, major copywriting, complex migrations, and third-party services require a separate quote.
2. Price and renewal
The first charge is a $199 one-time setup fee. The $49 monthly subscription begins 30 days after signup and renews each month until canceled. Taxes and approved third-party fees may be added where applicable. Stripe presents the setup fee, monthly price, and first billing date before payment.
3. Materials and 72-hour draft window
The 72-clock-hour target begins only after payment and Provider's written confirmation that the required materials are complete and usable. Missing, contradictory, inaccessible, low-resolution, or restricted materials pause the timeline. The target is an unlisted noindex first draft, not guaranteed public launch; launch depends on Client review, revisions, domain access, email configuration, and final approval.
4. Client responsibilities
Client must provide accurate, current, lawfully usable professional information and assets; identify one final approver; review credentials, medical language, imagery, contact details, and legal copy; and avoid submitting patient information, PHI, private credentialing access, unlicensed media, or testimonials without documented publication permission.
5. Claim and medical-content approval
Provider may organize and edit supplied or public professional information but does not independently credential, license, certify, or clinically review Client. Client is responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, and professional appropriateness of the final public content. The website is professional information, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a patient portal.
6. Revisions and monthly updates
Setup includes one consolidated revision round submitted within seven calendar days of the first draft. The monthly plan includes one consolidated update batch per month with up to five small text, credential, link, or supplied-image changes. Unused updates do not roll over. New pages, major rewrites, redesigns, custom integrations, urgent work, and custom graphics are quoted separately.
7. Domain, hosting, and third-party services
Client should remain the registrant and owner of the domain. Provider may help search, register, connect, or renew it, but registration and other third-party fees are paid by Client or passed through at cost. Hosting availability also depends on third-party platforms; planned maintenance and events outside reasonable control may affect service.
8. Ownership and reusable system
Client retains ownership of materials it supplies. Provider retains the reusable template, generator, design system, scripts, processes, and pre-existing intellectual property. After all undisputed amounts are paid, Client may use the delivered website and physician-specific copy and assets. On verified request, Provider will supply a static export and physician-specific content. Reusable factory source is not transferred.
9. Cancellation, refund, and wind-down
Client may cancel future monthly renewals through the Stripe customer portal. The setup fee is refundable before production begins and becomes nonrefundable once Provider starts the project. Monthly fees already charged are not prorated, except where required by law. After cancellation, Provider keeps the site available for 30 days so Client can request an export or arrange migration, after which hosting may end.
10. Acceptable use
Client may not use the service for deceptive credentials, impersonation, unlawful medical claims, patient data collection, harassment, infringement, malware, or other unlawful or harmful activity. Provider may suspend affected functionality while investigating a credible safety, legal, payment, or security issue.
11. Warranties and outcomes
Provider promises to perform the described service with reasonable professional care. Provider does not promise search rankings, patient volume, referrals, revenue, press coverage, credentialing approval, licensure status, continuous third-party availability, or legal/regulatory compliance.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Provider's total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount Client paid Provider during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.
13. Governing law and disputes
Illinois law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, each party agrees to give written notice and make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue for 30 days. Any court proceeding must be brought in a state or federal court serving Cook County, Illinois, unless applicable law requires another venue.
14. Contact and notices
CredentialedMD is a service of AB Web Solutions in Illinois. Client may send support, cancellation, privacy, or legal notices through the secure project reply path or the website inquiry form. Electronic notices are considered received when acknowledged by Provider.
