CredentialedMD service terms

CredentialedMD is a service of Pure Path Web Solutions, operated in Illinois ("Provider"). These terms apply to the physician or authorized organization purchasing the service ("Client"). By paying for the service, Client agrees to these terms.

1. Service

Provider will create and maintain an individual professional website using Client-approved materials. Editorial uses the CredentialedMD signature template with Client's content, portrait and colors. Custom is a manually designed individual website, not a template preview relabeled as a finished design. Both include profile organization, supplied visual assets, a private noindex review link, one consolidated revision round, and launch configuration.

After verified payment, Client receives a private project link to provide a CV, portrait and professional details. Custom adds style, colors, example websites and additional requests. Provider reviews the brief and confirms the included scope and delivery timing in writing before design work. Custom includes an individual site's agreed design and approved contact or booking links; integrations, multi-provider sites, major copywriting, complex migrations, additional revision rounds and third-party services require a separate quote accepted before extra work begins. If Provider cannot deliver the purchased scope and no alternative is agreed, the Provider-failure remedy in section 10 applies.

The private review link contains an access token; anyone holding that link can open the private draft. Client must keep it private. Neither saving intake materials nor viewing an automatic preview approves publication. Provider and Client must approve the actual finished version before launch.

2. Price and renewal

The current advertised Editorial setup fee is $199; Custom setup is $500, subject to an agreed scope and availability. Setup fees are the same for monthly and annual billing and are not discounted during sales; the only exception is the Founding offer in section 3. Hosting and maintenance is $99 monthly or $900 yearly. Monthly billing starts 30 days after signup, except under the Founding offer. Yearly billing is charged with setup at signup and renews annually at $900: $1,099 initially for Editorial or $1,400 for Custom. The advertised $75 monthly equivalent is a comparison, not a monthly charge for the annual plan. These advertised offers do not change any existing customer’s purchased amounts or billing schedule. If Client selects a new domain, a separate domain checkout presents and charges the exact first-year registration price approved by Client. The website setup fee is not charged again in domain checkout. Taxes and approved third-party fees may be added where applicable. Checkout presents the selected setup fee, billing interval, renewal schedule, domain costs, and applicable cancellation and refund terms for acceptance before payment.

3. Founding offer

The setup fee is waived for the first 10 paying physicians who purchase Editorial or Custom under this policy ("Founding clients"). Founding status is decided when Client opens checkout, from the number of completed founding purchases at that moment, and checkout states the exact amount charged that day. A Founding client pays no setup fee. Annual billing charges $900 at signup for the first year and renews at $900 yearly. Monthly billing charges $99 at signup for the first month and renews at $99 monthly; the 30-day period before the first monthly charge described in section 2 does not apply. Scope, review, approval and maintenance are otherwise the same as for other clients.

If a Founding client asks for a refund through the private project or the contact form within 30 days after the first payment, Provider ends the subscription and refunds in full all website subscription payments within 5 business days of the request. Card refunds usually appear on the statement within 5 to 10 business days after that. Completed domain registrations are separate and nonrefundable, and the domain remains Client's. Cancellation alone does not request a refund. After 30 days from the first payment, the standard cancellation and refund terms in section 10 apply.

4. Immediate previews and assisted review

The self-service builder generates an immediate private preview from supported files and entered information. Extraction may require correction, and scanned or complex CVs may need manual entry. Instant preview generation is not a guarantee of immediate publication. Public launch requires Client approval, Provider review, confirmed domain ownership, DNS, and HTTPS.

Editorial's 72-clock-hour first-draft target begins only after payment and Provider's written confirmation that the required materials are complete and usable. It is not a Custom delivery promise. Custom's scope and delivery timing are confirmed after brief review. Missing, contradictory, inaccessible, low-resolution, or restricted materials pause the applicable timeline, with the reason communicated to Client. A first draft is not a guaranteed public launch; launch depends on Client review, revisions, domain access, email configuration, and final approval.

5. Client responsibilities

Client must provide accurate, current, lawfully usable professional information and assets; identify one final approver; review credentials, medical language, imagery, contact details, and legal copy; and avoid submitting patient information, PHI, private credentialing access, unlicensed media, or testimonials without documented publication permission.

6. Claim and medical-content approval

Provider may organize and edit supplied or public professional information but does not independently credential, license, certify, or clinically review Client. Client is responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, and professional appropriateness of the final public content. The website is professional information, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a patient portal.

7. Revisions and monthly updates

Setup includes one consolidated revision round submitted within seven calendar days of the first draft. For Custom, this means the finished custom design shared for review, not an automatic intake preview. Both monthly and annual maintenance plans include one consolidated update batch per month with up to five small text, credential, link, or supplied-image changes. Unused updates do not roll over. New pages, major rewrites, redesigns, custom integrations, urgent work, and custom graphics are quoted separately.

8. Domain, hosting, and third-party services

Client should remain the registrant and owner of the domain. Provider may help search, register, connect, or renew it, but registration and other third-party fees are paid by Client or passed through at cost. A domain selected in the automated checkout is checked again immediately before purchase, uses WHOIS redaction where supported, and is registered with auto-renew disabled unless Client approves another arrangement. Renewal pricing may change and is billed separately. Hosting availability also depends on third-party platforms; planned maintenance and events outside reasonable control may affect service.

9. Ownership and reusable system

Client retains ownership of materials it supplies. Provider retains the reusable template, generator, design system, scripts, processes, and pre-existing intellectual property. After all undisputed amounts are paid, Client may use the delivered website and physician-specific copy and assets. On verified request, Provider will supply a static export and physician-specific content. Reusable factory source is not transferred.

10. Cancellation, refund, and wind-down

Client may cancel future monthly or annual renewals through billing management in the private project, or request help through the contact form. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; it does not itself end paid service early or refund that period. For monthly signup before the first renewal, cancellation takes effect at the end of the initial 30-day period. Existing clients retain the cancellation rights in their purchased contract.

For new purchases under this policy, setup, maintenance and completed domain-registration fees are nonrefundable and unused paid time is not prorated, except when an issue on Provider's end prevents delivery of the purchased service or a refund is required by law. Client should report a service issue through the private project or contact form. Provider will review the issue and seek to correct it; where Provider cannot deliver the purchased service, including an unsuitable Custom scope for which no alternative is agreed, Provider will arrange the applicable refund for the undelivered service. This exception is not limited by the fact that production has started. The Founding offer refund in section 3 is a further exception for Founding clients. Refunds are reviewed and handled by the team, not triggered automatically by cancellation. Nothing in these terms limits legally required rights.

After the subscription actually ends, Provider keeps an already-launched site available for a further 30 days so Client can request an export or arrange migration, after which hosting may end. This wind-down starts when the subscription ends, not when Client requests cancellation of a future renewal. Domain ownership remains with Client; separate domain expiration dates and third-party access requirements still apply.

11. Acceptable use

Client may not use the service for deceptive credentials, impersonation, unlawful medical claims, patient data collection, harassment, infringement, malware, or other unlawful or harmful activity. Provider may suspend affected functionality while investigating a credible safety, legal, payment, or security issue.

12. Warranties and outcomes

Provider promises to perform the described service with reasonable professional care. Provider does not promise search rankings, patient volume, referrals, revenue, press coverage, credentialing approval, licensure status, continuous third-party availability, or legal/regulatory compliance.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Provider's total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount Client paid Provider during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.

14. Governing law and disputes

Illinois law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, each party agrees to give written notice and make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue for 30 days. Any court proceeding must be brought in a state or federal court serving Cook County, Illinois, unless applicable law requires another venue.

15. Contact and notices

CredentialedMD is a service of Pure Path Web Solutions in Illinois. Client may send support, cancellation, privacy, or legal notices through the secure project reply path or the website inquiry form. Electronic notices are considered received when acknowledged by Provider.
