- Medical students and applicants
- Student portfolios use your name without an unearned title and need team review before ordering. Student portfolios.
- Clinics and teams
- Whole-staff sites, shared team sites and integrations are Advanced work, scoped and quoted separately. Ask about Advanced.
How a site gets built
- Choose a plan. Editorial uses the signature template with your content, portrait and colors. Custom is a bespoke layout designed around you. Checkout is through Stripe, and no account, CV or portrait is needed before payment. Compare plans.
- Send your materials. After payment, a private project link goes to your checkout email. Use it to upload your CV, portrait and any missing details.
- Team review. A person on the team checks credentials, medical wording, images and links against the materials you supplied. Editorial's first-draft target is 72 hours after payment and confirmation of complete, usable materials.
- Your approval. You review the exact draft and request changes. Nothing is published until team review and your approval are complete. Domain registration is a separate purchase you approve at its exact price.
- Hosting and updates. Maintenance covers hosting and one monthly batch of up to five small text, credential, link or supplied-image changes. Larger changes are quoted separately.
What CredentialedMD does not do
- No ranking or outcome promises. Search rankings, AI answer placement, patient bookings, referrals and job offers are not guaranteed.
- No patient data. Sites are professional websites, not patient portals or record systems. Do not send patient names, records, clinical notes or other patient information.
- No unearned credentials. Sites show only credentials you have earned and approved for publication. A DO stays DO, and students use their names without a title.
